Do: Be Constructive and Respectful

• Create high-quality, accurate, and helpful educational content.
• Respect other users. Harassment, hate speech, and bullying will not be tolerated.
• Keep feedback and reviews on the Exchange constructive and focused on the content.

Do Not: Post Prohibited Content

The following types of content are strictly forbidden:

• Illegal Content: Anything that violates local, national, or international law.
• Pornography & Obscenity: No sexually explicit or obscene content. We do realize that some schools or colleges may have "pornography appreciation courses", but this type of content is strictly forbidden on this platform. NO EXCEPTIONS. WE WILL PURSUE LEGAL ACTION TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW.
• Hate Speech & Harassment: Content that attacks or demeans a group based on race, gender, religion, nationality, sexual orientation, or any other characteristic.
• Spam & Advertising: Do not use flashcards to advertise products, services, or websites. This includes placing external links of any kind in your cards.
• Plagiarism & Copyright Infringement: Do not upload content that you did not create or do not have the rights to use.
• Malicious Content: Do not post content that contains viruses or malicious code.

Use of AI-Assisted Tools

We encourage the use of modern tools, including AI, to create high-quality educational content. However, the following rules apply:

• You Are Accountable: You, the creator, are 100% responsible and liable for all content you publish, regardless of whether it was written by you or an AI.
• Fact-Checking is Mandatory: AI tools can make mistakes. You must review and fact-check all AI-generated content for accuracy before publishing. Submitting unverified AI content is a violation of our quality standards.
• Originality is Required: All content must be free of plagiarism. It is your responsibility to ensure that AI-assisted content does not infringe on existing copyrights. "I got it from an AI" is not a valid excuse for infringement.

Enforcement

Violating these rules may result in actions against your content and your account. This can include content removal, a temporary suspension, or a permanent ban from FlashcardForge. We reserve the right to remove any content at our sole discretion, without notice.
